The extra thick 1" sisal wheel is made by combine 2 pcs 1/2" wheels, this construction was finalized after several trials by our technicial. Because the sisal material is too stiff, if stitch through 1" thick, the thread will be easy break during produce or work procedure, and the most durable construction is stitch through 1/2" thick then nailed 2pcs wheels together to fulfill some large area buffing purpose, please help to understand.
