Refurbished and upgraded Baldor Bench Grinder Buffer Model 7307R. 1/2 hp, single phase, 60 hz, 115v, 3600 rpm, 5/8 in dia arbor.
Refurbished:
- Completely Sandblasted and Repainted
- New On/Off Toggle Power Switch
- New SKF Double-Sealed Bearings
- New Rubber Mounting Feet
Upgraded:
- New Stainless Steel Hardware for Improved Corrosion Resistance
- New Long-Lasting Anodized Aluminum Label Plates (Not Just Stickers)
- New Longer 9ft Power Cord
Also includes new and extra buffing wheels and buffing compound (as shown).
Note that there are a few cracks in the base (see pictures). These don't impact performance (wasn't worth replacing the entire base) but I wanted to ensure these were pointed out.
Testing:
After bench grinder reassembly with both grinding wheels installed, unit was run for 30 minutes with periodic infrared temperature checks of the motor housing and end caps to ensure bearings and motor windings are not overheating due to bearing defects and/or end of life motor windings.
