High speed 45,000 RPM
Grinder
. The powerquill is in super condition, not sure if it was ever used or mounted, certificate card says is was certified on 12-16-1978. I plugged it in and tested it and it fired up and purred, comes with all pictured- 2 wrenches , certificate card, fuse, and operating/maintenance instructions. Please look at all the pictures for actual condition.
