Damaged Items Policy
For damage we state, "Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process." For this amount of damage which we would consider cosmetic, this would be something we are able to offer a partial refund for.
And that is just because we have no way of absolutely guaranteeing that a reshipment would not have similar cosmetic damage from transit.
