This tool post grinder has what it takes to make your project to spec and look good, too! The heavy support casting is loaded with a precision spindle that will provide spectacular finishes on even the toughest jobs. Comes supplied with one external grinding wheel, one internal grinding wheel, wheel balancing arbor, three spindle pulley, and two belts.
This grinder is designed to work with metal lathes that have a 12" swing or greater (the maximum tool post diameter can accommodate is 1")

This tool post grinder enables finishes on concentric work-pieces that lathe cutting tools cannot provide. The grinder is mounted on the tool post stud of the lathe. The operator orients the grinding face of the wheel parallel with the work-piece, starts the lathe and grinder, then moves the wheel across the work-piece surface. The external grinding wheel finishes the outside of the work-piece and the internal wheel finishes the inside walls of the concentric work-piece cavity.
