**This fixture is measured and marked out by a machinist then drilled, tapped and assembled in house personally.
All jigs are made by me and checked for proper operation prior to shipping.
All adjustment holes are tapped.

Aluminum acts as a heat sink pulling the heat from your blade. 1/2 the weight of steel jigs yet just as strong. Easy to adjust mechanism-firmly holds desired angle with the 2 anodized aluminum nuts and the simple up/down pivot. All holes drilled and tapped - multiple tapped holes use screws to hold various size knife blanks as well as disburse heat. Can add screws or clamp to hold blank in place, or just hold by hand.
This jig fits on smaller work rests better than the larger jigs that are available.
Perfect for 1x30, 2x42, 2x48 and other small grinders. Also great for standard 2x72 machines.
** The jig holds the angle that you set. That is usually the hardest part for a beginning knife maker.
This jig has produced many finished bevels by me and others and works as described.
