We once had a dual wheel bench grinder bolted to the flat plate of the shorter column until we sold it.  This is a good set up for a bench grinder and bench buffer pair when you don't want to actually use up your bench space with bench tools  The pedals can be rigged up to something if you need foot operation for some more complex equipment.
We do have dust collectors that would work with a bench grinder/buffer setup if you need to control air quality.
