Returns & Cancelling An Order
Returns
If you receive a product from us and are not satisfied or the item is not suitable for your application, you can return it within 30 Days, as long as the item has not been installed or modified and it is in the original manufacturers condition.
A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only.
All returns must be shipped back at the buyers expense with all original parts, manuals and accessories.
We do not accept COD shipments.
All returns must have Return Authorization number written on the box. through eBay messages.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind after placing an order, let us know as soon as possible.
If we did not ship the order, we cancel the order without penalty and give a full refund.
If we sent your order, we will need to return the item (within your cost). Back
