Please note: It is important that you read the manual and follow the instructions properly. In short, t
he headset and speaker unit must be properly distanced in order to avoid acoustic feedback (screeching).
Put the speaker unit on your waist and the headset on your head before turning on the power. If the headset and speaker unit are too close when the power is on it will cause acoustic feedback (screeching). There is a whole page on avoiding acoustic feedback in the manual.
