Belt Sander Idle and Tracking Wheel Assembly. [Updated Design]

Please read this first:
Some people have difficulty to understand how this part fits on a belt sander. The last photo better illustrates the mounting. The complete grinder you can see on these photos is not part of this listing. For the display purpose and stabilizing this unit while photographed, I placed it on the 1-3/4” square tube.  It is the exact size this unit is build to fit over.

This unit works in both left and right hand tracking wheel set-ups.  The default setting: the tracking wheel is mounted on the right hand side of the tracking arm.
Reversible setting; please let me know if you want the wheel on the left hand side of the arm.

This tracking/idle wheel assembly
is ready made component
and designed to fit over 1-3/4" tubing.
You need to position this unit in the right place and tighten two bolts on its bottom. Then hook up the rear tension spring. You may need to add or remove spacers on the wheel shaft.
The Idle/Trucking Wheel
is 3” OD x 2-1/4” wide (convex for better tracking). It has
1/2” ID, Premium Quality
ABEC 3
sealed bearing pressed into pockets and is precision made of
machined aluminum.
The arm is made of cold rolled steel about 9" long x 2" wide and 3/8" thick.
This proved design is highly adaptable and can be successfully used with certain projects.
It will be shipped partially dissembled in order to fit into flat rate box.
