Belt Sander Contact Wheel Mounting Kit with 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4" shaft
Customers report difficulties when trying to mount large diameter contact wheels for hollow and flat grinding. The KIT presented here is the solution.
It can be used in many Belt Sanders.
Brackets come in two sizes: for 1/2-5/8 inch shaft or 5/8-3/4 inch shaft.
You pick either one and let me know what shaft diameter you are going to use so that I can ship you the right part.
The last two photos are examples of Contact Wheel mounting, how it all looks together and how it works.

One 6-7" shaft of your choice
5/8" or 3/4" diameter
is included. All my shafts are case hardened,
and precision ground and cut from high tolerance, linear bearing, unhardened shafting stock.
Tooling Arm alone is about 20-22" long, gauge 11 or 1/8" wall thickness. Together with mounting bracket approximately 24" long.
Quite a strong assembly capable of mounting contact wheels up to 14" diameter (which alone weights over 12lb.)
