Introduction
XQ-2B type metallographic specimen setting machine (hereinafter referred to as inlaying machine) is suitable for thermosetting plastics
which are not made of small metallographic specimens which are not easy to be taken and are not easy to take. After forming,
the grinding and polishing of the sample can be carried out conveniently, and the microstructure of the sample is also determined by the metallographic microscope.
This machine is a mechanical rotating body mounted machine, hand wheel, through a pair of bevel gears to drive the inner screw rod die to the specimen in the mobile die sleeve under hot plastic together
with specimen inlaying specimen under the condition of heating forming. The forming pressure in the specimen preparation is compensated automatically by the spring fixed in the collective,
and the pressure of the sample can be indicated by the signal lamp.
The mosaic machine is equipped with a digital display temperature controller, thereby realizing the real-time temperature display and the temperature self setting,
configuring the timer, thereby realizing the semi-automatic sample preparation, and greatly improving the work efficiency. Each time the specimen is inlaid for 8-10 minutes,
an ideal sample is as smooth as a mirror.
