    2" x 72" Welded Belt Grinder Kit with Wheels.

    -Motor mounting pattern: 56C
    -1hp or 2hp single or 3 phase motor is required. (NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT)
    -Grinder tilts 90 degrees for other grinding operations.
    -Easy to assemble out of the box.
    -NO WELDING REQUIRED.
    -ALL HOLES ARE DRILLED AND TAPPED SAVING YOU TIME.
    Kit includes:
    (1) Main welded frame.
    (2) Welded uprights.
    (1) Base plate.
    (2) Tooling arms 1.5" x 1.5".  3/16" wall.
    (1) Tension arm with welded spacer.
    (1) D-plate (3/8" thick).
    (1) Work rest plate.
    (1) 1/4" steel angle platen.
    (1) 4" crowned drive wheel with 5/8" bore with a 3/16" broached keyway.
    (1) 3" crowned tracking wheel.
    (2) 2" rollers.
    (6) Small spacers.
    (3) Large spacers for in between bearings.
    (1) 1/4-20 Screw set for drive wheel.
    -Unpainted bare steel.
    -Mill scale removed.
    -Coated in light oil to protect from corrosion. Use acetone to remove oils before painting/powder coating.
    -All hardware is included.
    -Aluminum wheels are all 2.25" wide.
    -Grinder is made from 1/4" steel plate with the exception of the D-plate which is 3/8" plate.
    -You will need a gas strut from Mcmaster Carr.  I have the part numbers available at time of purchase. I do not supply these due to the fact they offer different lbs force that you can choose to your liking.
